Craig Rose
FOUNDER
Craig Rose is an experienced, enthusiastic and creative entrepreneur. He provides value for his clients through forming genuine relationships. He is blessed to have grown up and raised his 3 adult children in Northern Michigan. While still actively growing businesses in the Midwest, Craig now calls Marco Island, FL home. Craig has been involved in real estate projects all of his life and has been a licensed Realtor since 2003. He has grown multiple businesses and now is excited to offer a full suite of services including construction services, real estate brokerage, rental management and real estate consulting. You will find Craig to be extremely approachable and very focused on each client’s needs using transparent, fair and thorough business practices to generate results. He is a skilled analyst of market conditions and individual properties, and he brings valuable insight to each transaction.
Lauren Anselm
PROJECT COORDINATOR - REAL ESTATE SALES
Lauren is an integral part of every Mint project as the all important liaison between clients and the rest of our team and our vendor partners. She also handles the real estate operations in Southwest Florida as a Realtor with MVP Real Estate. She is a native of South Africa and a former NCAA Division I tennis player. She received BA in Political Science from the University of Montana and a Juris Doctorate from Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, FL. Lauren and her husband live in Naples, FL.

Marshal Knott
REAL ESTATE SALES
Marshal Knott was born and raised here locally in Petoskey, Michigan. His love for his home town, combined with his market knowledge makes him a valuable asset to his clients. He has first-hand experience in its market trends and knows the neighborhoods in and out. With this knowledge, he is well equipped to not only help his clients understand property value in the area they want to invest in but also effortlessly help them discover the areas with social amenities and recreational spots fit to their liking.
His expertise and attention to detail borrows from his background as a builder. Marshal grew up working alongside his father in the construction industry. He worked professionally in the Petoskey area remodelling and building homes since he was a kid. This makes him well versed in the intricacies of purchasing new homes, and advising clients on possible home upgrades and additions. Marshal has teamed up with Mint to serve buyers and sellers looking for professional yet friendly services. As for the future, he is always looking at how he can innovate, better serve his clients and grow long-lasting relationships.

Justin Ramey
MARKETING AND SOCIAL MEDIA DIRECTOR
Justin is an enthusiastic professional who loves helping clients find the real estate that fits their needs. He was born and raised in Painesville, OH and is a graduate of Riverside High School. He served active duty in the US Coast Guard for 6 years and now resides in Wickliffe, OH with his wife Kate, and son Jackson. Justin is knowledgeable about the the real estate industry and is active in the community, assisting with several non-profits and as a high school swim coach.
